How this roadmap works

Three rules so this stays useful, not aspirational.

01
Shipped means live

Every "Shipped" item is in production for paying tenants today. Not gated behind a feature flag. Not internal-only.

02
In Progress has a person

Every item under "In Progress" has an engineer owning it. ETAs are best-guess, not commitments — but they reflect real work in flight.

03
Up Next is committed, not scheduled

"Up Next" items are decided. We're building them. Specific quarter is set once design is settled and we know who's free.
