How does FLAIRE pricing work?
Pick a single product (Nova, Atlas, Echo, or Pulsar) or get everything with Orbit. Each comes in four flat tiers — Starter, Pro, Growth, and Enterprise — and each tier includes a fixed number of users (5 on Starter, 15 on Pro, 30 on Growth, 100+ custom on Enterprise).
What are "hard caps" — will I get a surprise bill?
No. Every limit — users, contacts, records, tickets, storage, automation runs, AI steps, Aria queries, email sends — has a fixed ceiling. We never bill overages. When you reach a cap, you choose what to do next: add an add-on pack, or upgrade to the next tier. No surprise bills, ever.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — switch to annual billing and save 25% versus paying monthly. Flip the Monthly/Annual toggle at the top to see each tier's annual rate; you're billed once a year and the per-tier savings are shown under each price.
What happens when I hit a user or usage cap?
User caps are hard — Starter tops out at 5 users, Pro at 15, Growth at 30. To add more, move up a tier (Enterprise scopes 100+ users to your account). For usage limits like storage, automation runs, AI, or email, you can stay on your tier and add the relevant add-on pack instead of upgrading.
I only have one or two users — is there a smaller plan?
Yes. FLAIRE Solo is per-user Nova CRM from $14/user/mo (annual) with no 5-seat minimum — ideal for founders and 1–3 person teams. When you grow past 3 users, move to a Starter plan.
What's the difference between a single product and Orbit?
A single-product plan gives you that product with its own limits. Orbit bundles Nova, Atlas, Echo, and Pulsar together under one plan with pooled limits — shared storage, runs, AI steps, Aria queries, email sends, and tickets — so your whole business runs on one connected platform and one price.
What are Aria queries and AI steps?
Aria queries are requests to FLAIRE's built-in AI assistant (insights, drafting, search). AI steps are AI-powered actions that run inside Pulsar automations. Both are metered per tier; if you need more on your current tier, the AI credit pack adds 500 Aria queries and 500 AI steps for $20/mo.
How do add-on packs work?
Add-on packs are available on every tier and every product, billed monthly, and stackable. Storage pack ($10/mo, +25 GB pooled), AI credit pack ($20/mo, +500 Aria queries + 500 AI steps), Automation pack ($15/mo, +5,000 runs/mo), and Email pack ($10/mo, +5,000 sends/mo). Add or remove them anytime.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise pricing is custom and scoped to your account — 100+ users with all limits tailored to your needs, plus the controls and support larger teams require (Pulsar Enterprise includes unlimited workflows). Talk to us and we'll build a plan around your usage.
Can I change tiers or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose) — cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of the period. You can export your data to CSV or Excel at any time.
